We have an excellent reputation with our customers and are aggressively expanding our customer base and market reach. We are looking to hire an enthusiastic and talented Inside Sales Executive to lead our expansion while working alongside the executive team.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Daily cold calling

  • Selling software development as a service

  • Meet short-term, mid-term, and long-term sales quotas

  • Meet regularly with the executive team to discuss strategy

  • Maintain a high level of software development solution expertise and competitive intelligence

  • Generate new leads, identify and contact decision-makers, screen potential business opportunities, and organize client meetings

  • Obtain professional knowledge through education, networking, industry events

  • Identify trends and customer needs, building a short/medium/long-term sales pipeline in accordance with quotas

  • Develop strategies and positions by analyzing current and future pipeline volume

What are we looking for?

We are seeking an enthusiastic, self-motivated, Phone Sales Specialist to bring their robust skillset to our organization. We are looking for someone with mastery of the tools and techniques used to connect with and sell to prospects over the phone. You must have great communication skills and be focused on building relationships. You also must consider honesty a core value.

While the following are not required, they are desired:

  • A minimum of 5 years experience in inside sales

  • Successful track record in B2B sales and negotiation

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Working experience with sales techniques and HubSpot
